What information do we collect and how do we use it?
When you order, we need to know your name, email address, “snail” mail address, and telephone number. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status.  This information is stored only on a secure computer accessible only by GrandMemories.com personnel.

When you sign up for services like our Newsletter, we need only an email address -- which we use to send the information you requested.

We may also use the information we collect to occasionally notify you about important changes to the web site, new GrandMemories.com services, or specials.


How does GrandMemories.com protect customer information?
GrandMemories.com uses a third-party financial institution (PayPal) for credit card transactions, which receives the credit card number and other personal identifying information only to verify the credit card numbers and process transactions. This is a secure system that is used by many companies for credit card transactions. 

Name, address, phone number, and e-mail information are stored on a secure computer to enable accurate and timely shipping of your restored images and to enable us to contact you with any questions.


Will GrandMemories.com disclose the information it collects to outside parties?
GrandMemories.com will not EVER share any of your personal information -- including but not limited to name, address, phone number, email, and credit card information  -- with any third party. We have maintained this policy since our first day of business.


Your consent
By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of the above noted information by GrandMemories.com for the express purposes of fulfilling your order and maintaining contact with you. If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it. 

By using our services, you also grant GrandMemories.com permission to use the before and after images we have restored to promote our services unless you expressly forbid it in written, signed, and dated correspondence.  These images, however, will NEVER be sold for profit or used in any manner that would bring disgrace or shame on the people depicted.
